ACCESS Scheduling Rides |

Once you are approved to ride Kitsap Transit ACCESS you must call at least one day or up to seven days ahead to schedule your ride. When you call to schedule your ride, be sure to give the reservationist the address of your destination, phone number (if requested) and time you want to go.
ACCESS service runs on thirty (30) minute windows. For example, if you want to be picked up at 12:00 p.m., the reservationist will give you a pick up time between 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. Please let us know if you have an appointment time.
At Kitsap Transit ACCESS we are dedicated to providing the most efficient and friendly service possible. In order to be efficient, it is necessary to group trips as much as possible. It is necessary to pick up additional passengers in your area who are going the same direction, so it is difficult to provide direct trips from your home to your destination or return.
ACCESS service is available 3/4 mile boundary around each fixed bus route. Limited transportation is available in the outlying areas.
