ORCA Add Value Locations

Passes and E-purse can be loaded onto ORCA cards at the Kitsap County outlets listed below. For a complete list of regional ORCA outlets visit http://www.orcacard.com

Add value locations add passes and E-purse to existing ORCA cards only. They do not distribute new ORCA cards. To get an ORCA card, customers eligible for reduced fare must first obtain a reduced fare ORCA card at Kitsap Transit's Customer Service Office before adding value at a retail location. Adult cardholders can get an ORCA card at Kitsap Transit’s Customer Service Office, at www.orcacard.com, by mail or by calling 1-888-988-6722.

Kitsap Transit’s Customer Service Office will have ORCA cards available with or without product loaded. A $5 card fee is charged for standard ORCA cards. Current Regional Reduced Fare Permit (RRFP) holders can exchange their valid RRFP at any time for a new ORCA RRFP card at no charge. A new RRFP ORCA card costs $3. The card fee includes the cost of the card only. To use the ORCA card on seven area transit services, riders must pay to have a monthly pass or E-purse loaded onto their card. ORCA cards can last up to five years and can be reloaded over and over.
