Before you can be scheduled for a Van Driver Orientation, you will need to obtain a copy of your "Complete Driving Record" from the Department of Licensing (DOL). This report must be a complete record and will say ABSTRACT OF COMPLETE DRIVING RECORD at the top of the report. Any other type of record will not be accepted.  Do not obtain a "Volunteer Vanpool" record.  Only the COMPLETE record will be accepted.

The Driver Application and the VanLink Agreement can be saved to your computer, filled out, and e-mailed to a VanLink Coordinator.  Your personal e-mail address is considered a valid signature.
