Olympic College Free Bus Pass

Olympic College transit options

Olympic College students and staff ride free with OC ORCA bus pass on most Kitsap Transit services. Thanks to a state grant and a collaboration between Kitsap Transit and Olympic College, all Olympic College students will have access to a free ORCA bus pass during the 2026-27 academic year. The pass will be valid beginning Sept. 1. Cards will be issued by Olympic College Staff at dedicated campus locations.

OC Bremerton

Multiple fixed routes serve the Bremerton Olympic College campus. If you are traveling from areas that don't directly serve the campus, you can make connections at the Bremerton Transportation Center. Park for free and take the bus at the West Bremerton Transit Center Park & Ride, Wheaton Way Transit Center Park & Ride or McWilliams Park & Ride.

OC Poulsbo 

Kitsap Transit’s fixed routes connect at the North Viking Transit Center (NVTC) in Poulsbo. From there, riders can make connections to Bainbridge Island, Silverdale, Suquamish, Bremerton, and Kingston. 

Route 301 connects Bremerton directly to OC Poulsbo, including stops in Silverdale. Route 344 loops through Poulsbo and serves the NVTC as well as stops close to campus. Students from Kingston, Bainbridge Island, and across the Hood Canal can make connections with Routes 344, 301, Jefferson Transit and Clallam Transit at NVTC.

Traveling between Shelton, Belfair and Bremerton 

Use Mason Transit to get to Olympic College Shelton or park for free at a Park & Ride and connect with Kitsap Transit services at the Bremerton Transportation Center to get to Olympic College Bremerton.

How to Ride

Plan to arrive at your bus stop at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure. If you’re using our on-demand buses, book a ride using the Ride Pingo app or call 1.844.475.7433. You can book on demand or schedule a ride up to seven days in advance.

Why should you take public transit?  

Besides saving money on gas and avoiding the hassle of parking, public transit can be a fun way to get to class! Bus trips offer a moment to catch up on reading, listen to a podcast or audiobook, or just zone out and relax.

Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM 
Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Rider Alerts

When service is canceled due to unforeseen events, Kitsap Transit will issue a rider alert to notify the public.

Olympic College students and staff ride free with OC ORCA bus pass on Kitsap Transit bus and local ferry services (not accepted on Fast Ferries).


Fast Ferries 

  • Adult Fare (one-way) $2 to Seattle and $13 to Kitsap County
  • Reduced Fare* (one-way) $1 to Seattle and $6.50 to Kitsap County
