Harper Pier Community Meeting

Kitsap Transit is looking at the possibility of adding a tie-up facility to Harper Pier for its fast ferries without disrupting the community's use. Kitsap Transit will hold a community meeting to share information and receive feedback from neighbors and anyone else who has an interest in the pier. The meeting will be held at Harper Church, 10384 SE Sedgwick Rd, Port Orchard.

Attend In-Person: All in-person attendees will be required to wear face masks that cover nose and mouth during the meeting. Capacity may be limited to encourage social distancing.

Board of Commissioners Meetings

The Kitsap Transit Board of Commissioners meet on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 8:30AM.  Due to the current restrictions for public gatherings and in compliance with Governor Inslee's Proclamation No. 20-28 and subsequent extensions relating to the suspension of certain provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act meetings are held virtually via Zoom.  Information on providing public comments and meeting participation is provided on the agenda.  Board meeting packets and additional information can be found here.  Comments and questions regarding Board Meetings can be directed to Jill Boltz, Clerk of the Board at 360-478-6230 or jillb@kitsaptransit.com.

Citizens' Advisory Committee Meetings

Kitsap Transit's Citizens' Advisory Committee is made up of members of the public who give input to our Transit Board on Kitsap Transit plans and programs. The Citizens' Advisory Committee meets on the last Thursday of every month from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Meetings have been suspended until further notice due to restrictions and public gathering restrictions.

Passenger Advisory Committee on Transportation Meetings

This public meeting is held for ACCESS passengers and their families to get more information about ACCESS service and about major Kitsap Transit projects.  Passenger Advisory Committee meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every other month at 2:00 p.m. at Kitsap Transit's Charleston Base Office, 200 S. Charleston Boulevard, Bremerton.
