Q: My mom is disabled. How do I know if she is eligible for ACCESS services?
A: Kitsap Transit ACCESS is designed to provide transportation for qualified seniors and people with disabilities who are unable to use Kitsap Transit regular fixed route buses some or all of the time due to a condition or disability.
