Parking Rules
Kitsap Transit serves, operates and partners with other agencies to offer a network of park & ride lots throughout Kitsap County. When you park, please check for use restrictions and rules posted at the lot. Additionally, Kitsap Transit will enforce parking rules at any facility or location maintained or operated by Kitsap Transit.

General Parking Violation
- Non-Payment – Exceeds Time/Day Limit
- Parked in Non-Designating Parking Area
- Same-Day Bus Commuter – Improper Parking
- Unauthorized Use Parking
- Electric Charging Over 5 Hour Time Limit
- Weight Restriction Limit
- No RV Parking or Camping
- No Automotive Work/Repairs Allowed
- No Automotive Sales
$25.00 if paid within 15 days. $50.00 if paid after 15 days
Unauthorized Use of the following Permits
Carpool | Vanpool | Disabled Persons
$50.00 if paid within 15 days. $75.00 if paid after 15 days
Paying Parking Tickets
Pay your parking tickets online. A $3.00 convenience fee will be applied. To pay your ticket online you must have the notice number and license plate number.
Parking tickets can be paid by check, money order or cashier's check in person or mailed to: Kitsap Transit 60 Washington Ave., Suite 200, Bremerton, WA 98377, Attn: Parking Administrator
Parking tickets are processed Tuesday through Thursday. If you have questions or concerns, please call Kitsap Transit's Parking Administrator at 360.377.8230
Unpaid parking tickets will be referred to AAI Automated Accounts, Inc. for collection.
Parking Enforcement Tows/Impounds
If parking enforcement tows or impounds a vehicle/RV, please contact the tow company assigned to the appropriate Park & Ride lot.
