The Ridership and Sales Reports’ Spreadsheets have been designed to help simplify the reconciliation process of the month-end reports.  Vanpool groups may submit a copy of the completed spreadsheets by mailing them, bringing them in or via e-mail; however, use of the spreadsheet is conditional upon:

• Spreadsheets must be turned in by the ninth (9th) of the following month. Reports that are submitted or postmarked after the 9th, will be subjected to a $30.00 late fee.
• Spreadsheet users must retain the original 'in-van' tracking sheets as they will be subjected to an audit for verification purposes.
